Badge

• A name badge is provided with your registration documents upon arrival at the Congress Centre. 
  For security and regulation purposes, the wearing of the badge is compulsory at all times both inside the Congress Centre and at all official events organised within the context of the Congress. 
  Please remember: your badge contains encoded details on your registration; you will be asked to show it at each meeting room entrance.

 
Congress bag

• Each participant is entitled to a Congress bag that has to be collected at the CONGRESS BAGS counter (at Exhibition area) upon presentation of the corresponding voucher.

A certificate of attendance

• Will be handed over to all pre-registered and on-site registered attendees.

Exhibition

• The exhibition is open to all registered attendees.
• It is a comprehensive showcase of the latest developments in the pharmaceutical field, technology, and equipment and a unique opportunity for learning, information sharing and networking.
• To guide them through the exhibition, participants will find in the Congress bag, a very practical exhibition directory in which are listed contact details and profile for each 
  exhibiting company.

• Use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited within the scientific session hall.
• Please ensure you have your mobile phone switched off when attending a session

Recording

• Audio and video recording is prohibited during the sessions.

Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited Within the congress centre

Photos 

• Photos will be taken during the sessions, events and within the exhibition.
• The pictures will be displayed and can be bought.
